Make Love Not Scars is a Delhi based non-profit organisation that works in all aspects of rehabilitating acid attack survivors. We provide medical, legal, psychological, educational and vocational rehabilitation to acid attack survivors and run a residential halfway home/ rehabilitation centre for survivors in New Delhi. Currently, Make Love Not Scars has a small team of two to three members and we are looking to expand our team. The person hired would be working with the founder and CEO and will learn the ropes of non-profit management by working closely with the founding team. The role has high growth potential and an efficient employee could be a part of the senior management team as we progress.
We are looking to hire a project manager who will be responsible for the following roles:
Helping coordinate the day to day activities of the organisation such as
- Arranging to and fro visits for survivors from homes to hospitals
- Coordinating between team members and stakeholders for events and campaigns
- Coordinate between donors and NGO
Maintain daily expense account of expenses incurred and file receipts for all expenses by survivors and team
Maintain monthly payment calendar for salaries, rent and utilities
Maintain Data on expenses and form an expense report on fund utilisation on a monthly basis
Update and maintain numerous data logs like donor information, receipts and expenses, survivor folders etc.
Handle social media postings for Facebook, Instagram and Twitter
Experience: 1-2 years of work experience in NGO's or startups.
Skills: Good communication skills
Fluent in Hindi and English
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Salary: 3 months probation, 30,000/ month. Negotiable post three month period.
