About the Organisation:

With the objectives of imparting high quality management education and training, the Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India established Indian Institute of Management Indore as Institutions of Excellence. These Institutions are recognized as premier management institutions, comparable to the best in the world for teaching, research and interaction with industries.

Established in 1996, IIM Indore is the sixth in the family of state-supported management schools. Since its inception, IIM Indore has been acting as a leader in the field of management education, interfacing with the industry, government sector and PSUs. IIM Indore is registered as a Society under Societies Registration Act, 1973.

About Programme:

The Executive Post Graduate Programme in Management (EPGP) is an intensive one-year residential program of IIM Indore. EPGP is specially designed to enhance knowledge, AMBA skills and capabilities essential for managing and leading organizations and the programme combines skill building with exploration of good management practices. The programme has been accredited by Association of MBAs (AMBA) London (UK) in the year 2016. In addition to a comprehensive functional core module, there are elective courses aligned with the industry concentration identified for the programme such as Analytics, BFSI, e-Commerce, Operations & Strategy, etc.

The EPGP is designed keeping in mind the following value propositions:

• The courses should leverage the experience of the participants.
• The courses should be aligned with the industry concentrations identified for EPGP.
• The core courses should provide a general management perspective at an elevated pitch compared to the PGP program.

To produce contextually relevant middle and senior level managers and leaders with exposure to world class management education.

• One Year Full Time Management program spreading over 700 classroom contact hours.
• Five weeks of International Immersion at McCombs School of Business, University of Texas, Austin.
• More than 50 electives offered on Finance, Marketing, Data Analytics and Economics.
• Regular Guest Lectures and Conferences with Industry Leaders enabling participants to visualize disruptive advancements and future challenges.

Eligibility:

The Candidate must have:

• 50% in Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in any discipline.
• A valid GMAT score. The GMAT score should be within 05 years on the date of submission of application. For example, a candidate submitting application on 10 October 2018, should have taken the GMAT test between 11 October 2013 to 10 October 2018.
• Minimum 5 years of managerial/ entrepreneurial/ professional experience after graduation as on the date of submission of application.
