About the Call for Papers
This edited volume examines the rapid rise of agentic AI and autonomous agents in workplace settings and the urgent legal, regulatory, ethical, and socio-economic questions they raise. Moving beyond general AI regulation, the book focuses specifically on legal governance- liability, employment law, constitutional and human rights implications, data governance, IP issues, and sectoral regulation (healthcare, finance, manufacturing, education, public administration, transport, legal profession, etc.). The volume combines rigorous legal analysis with interdisciplinary perspectives and practical policy recommendations for regulators, practitioners and organisations navigating the transition to agentic workplaces.
