Call for agencies to work on Endline report survey questionnaire and report

 

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a qualified and experienced agency to collaborate with AIACA on the crucial task of creating the endline assessment tool, data compilation, and preparation of a comprehensive endline report.

 

About the Project: AIACA, with support from Misereor, has initiated Project: Promoting Sustainable Enterprises in the Craft Sector. Under this project 8 craft enterprises across the state of Gujarat, Assam and Odisha will be provided with interventions such as capacity building, visibility in the market, access to social entitlements and adoption of green solutions. The proposed interventions seek to build the internal systems and capacities of the enterprises with a focus on market-oriented designs, helping them adopt green processes and ensure the well-being of the artisans.

 

Deliverables:

1. Developing data collection survey questionnaire: Design a comprehensive set of structured questions covering both quantitative and qualitative aspects for the endline survey. The questionnaire should be developed after thoroughly reviewing and analysing the baseline questionnaire to ensure that the data collected captures corresponding indicators and enables accurate comparison of progress and impact over the project period.

2. Survey Execution: Conduct surveys across 8 enterprises located in the following regions:

-         Gujarat – Gandhinagar & Tharad

-         Assam – Kokrajhar and North Lakhimpur

-         Odisha – Bhubaneshwar, Khorda & Mayurbhanj

3. Data Compilation: Organize and structure the datasets obtained from the endline data collection process for ease of analysis and future reference.

4. End-line Report: Prepare a detailed report comprising:

- Qualitative analysis of the two-year project impact on the enterprises

- Quantitative insights highlighting changes in the socio-economic status of artisans

 

Time Frame:

The selected agency has to start the Endline study by 1^st January, 2026 and furnish the report by 15^th March, 2026.

 

Requirements: -

• Relevant Expertise: The agency should have a proven track record and expertise in conducting and collating endline reports for similar projects.
• Qualifications: The agency’s team members should possess the necessary qualifications and skills in data analysis and report generation.
• Timeline: The agency should adhere to project timelines and deliver the reports and materials within the specified deadlines.
