1. BACKGROUND AND PURPOSE

Shechen Clinic under SRPC Trust invites quotations from qualified vendors for the procurement of the following items:

• Laptop LENOVO ( Razon 3 8GB 512 SSD Windows 11 with Bag ) = 25 pcs
• Laptop LENOVO ( i5 8 GB 512 SSD Windows 11 with Bag) = 5 pcs
• Solar Panel 20 (KVW ON GRID) = 1 Set
• MAHINDRA SCORPIO (CLASSIC S DIESEL MT 7 SET ) = 1

2. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

2. 1 Quotation Format

All quotations must include the following information:

1. Brand Name and Model Number
2. Detailed Technical Specifications (matching or exceeding minimum requirements)
3. Unit Price (inclusive of all applicable taxes)
4. Total Price 
5. Tax Breakup (GST, etc.)
6. Delivery Timeline -from purchase order date in different project locations .
7. Warranty Details( if applicable )(minimum 12 months preferred)
8. Payment Terms
9. After-sales Support Details
10. Vendor Registration/License Documents

4.2 Additional Requirements

• Quotations must be on official letterhead
• All prices should be in Indian Rupees (INR)

4.3  Evaluation Criteria

Quotations will be evaluated based on:

• Competitive pricing, delivery timeline and after sales support.

Quotations should  be submitted either in closed envelope or on email mentioned below:
