About the Organization

Nadhi-SheForClimate is a women+-led climate platform building the next generation of talent, leadership and enterprise in sustainability. With a growing community of 900+ members and active city chapters across Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Delhi-NCR and Chennai, Nadhi connects women+ to upskilling, mentorship and collaborative climate projects.

Companies and institutions today are actively looking for climate initiatives that also drive inclusion. Nadhi operates at that exact intersection helping build a gender-diverse climate workforce while co-creating programs with CSR, sustainability and L&D teams.

Mission: Enable 100K women+ to lead climate action not just as participants, but as innovators, founders and decision-makers in the green economy.

About the Fellowship  

The Nadhi x Fluxgen Fellowship is designed for early women+ professionals (0–3 years of experience) who want to sharpen their skills, learn how to pitch climate solutions, and directly contribute to growing a water-tech sustainability company.

This fellowship will run for 4-6 months, offer hands-on learning, a stipend, and potential conversion to a full-time role.

We're currently looking for the following fellows based in Bangalore for this pilot batch.

Total Fellows - 5 (Marketing  - 2 ; Sales - 3)

Stipend:

• Marketing Fellowship - Rs.15000/month
• Sales Fellowship - Rs.12000+Performance Bonus (Upto 5K)

Fellows will gain:

• Hands-on experience & Mentorship from Fluxgen team
• The opportunity to convert this into a full-time role

This is just the beginning of what we hope will become a wider Climate Career Accelerator for young professionals.
