SPVLG Artisans Foundation, a Section 8 company working for artisan empowerment in Jammu & Kashmir, invites proposals from qualified agencies/consultants to conduct the Evaluation of Project FANKAAR, funded by SIDBI under the Swavalamban Challenge Fund.

About the Project:
Project FANKAAR (June 2024–Nov 2025) aims to strengthen artisan livelihoods across Budgam and Pulwama through capacity building, market linkages, financial inclusion, and enterprise formalization, covering 1,500 artisans.

Scope of Work:

• Coverage: Budgam & Pulwama (30% sample)

• Household surveys, stakeholder interviews, FGDs

• Assessment of project relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, and impact

• Deliverables: Inception Report, Draft & Final Reports, Presentation of findings

Eligibility:

• Registered entity in J&K (NGO/Company/Partnership/Proprietorship)

• Min. 3 years’ experience in project evaluation/livelihoods/artisan sector

• Turnover ≥ ₹10 lakh in last 3 FYs
