About the Request for Proposal (RFP)
vivo India is launching an extension to the vivo KanyaGyaan initiative – Job Oriented Vocational Training (JOVT) initiative with the goal to empower disadvantaged girls, who are NEET (Neither in Education, Employment, nor Training) with market-relevant vocational skills.
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to invite proposals from organizations with a proven track record in implementing large-scale women empowerment and skilling. The selected agency will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of the initiative, including community mobilization, training delivery, placement facilitation, monitoring, and reporting during the financial year 2025-26, as detailed in the Scope of Work.
This RFP provides the necessary information and requirements to enable applicants to prepare and submit comprehensive proposals.
Invitation to Proposal
vivo Mobile India Pvt. Ltd. invites proposals for funding under the vivo KanyaGyaan: Job Oriented Vocational Skills (JOVT) 2025-28. Interested non-government organizations should submit both a Technical Proposal and a Financial Proposal for the project, covering the period up to March 15, 2026 (FY 2025-26). Based on the project’s success and the agency’s performance during implementation, the partnership may be considered for extension beyond this period.
Prospective agencies are urged to thoroughly study this RFP (including the eligibility criteria and document checklist in Annexure 1) before proposal preparation. By submitting a proposal, the agency affirms that it has carefully examined the RFP and fully understands all terms, conditions, and implications. Only agencies meeting the pre-qualification criteria should apply.

Eligibility and Pre-Qualification Criteria
Legal registrations:
- Agency should be a nonprofit organization i.e. registered as a trust / society / Section 8 company registered in India
- Agency must have the requisite legal and statutory registrations and compliances for CSR implementation
Financial strength:
- Agency should have a turnover of at least INR 15 Crores in the last FY
- Agency should have managed a total CSR contribution of at least INR 7.5 Crores in the last two (02) FY
Track record:
- The agency should have a minimum of 3 years of experience implementing and managing pan India Skill Development programs on a large scale
Partnerships
- Agencies having established partnerships with National Skill Development Center (NSDC) and other relevant sector skill council will be preferred.
- Agencies with partnerships with technology retailers for placement support to the candidates.
Non-Blacklisting
- The agency must not have been blacklisted or barred by any Government department, PSU or any other funding agency for corrupt or fraudulent practices.
- A self-declaration signed by the authorized signatory must be provided stating that the organization is not blacklisted.
