I. Introduction About the project: - The project aims to improve access to clean drinking water and sustainable irrigation by installing solar-powered RO systems with a water ATM and by introducing solar water pumps, reducing dependency on conventional energy sources. It also aims to promote renewable energy adoption by introducing Solar streetlights, ensuring energy efficient infrastructure. It will promote organic and climate-resilient farming practices to enhance soil health, food security, and economic favourable. Through capacity building, community engagement, and the establishment of a model Climate Center, the project seeks to foster environmental awareness, resilience to climate change, and the adoption of eco-friendly solutions among 300+ rural families.

III. Project objectives –

Improve access to clean drinking water by installing one community-based solar-powered RO system with water ATMs for 300+ rural families.

Introduced solar-powered irrigation by installing 2 solar water pumps, reducing dependence on conventional energy sources.

Promote renewable energy adoption by introducing 30 solar streetlights, ensuring safer and energy-efficient rural infrastructure

IV. About the Proposal

Humana People to People India invites Request for Proposal (RFP) from qualified and experienced suppliers/contractors to submit proposals for the Design, Supply, Installation, and Commissioning in District -Rewari, State-Haryana, of the following works:

1. Thirty Solar Street Lights
2. Two Solar-powered Irrigation pumps
3. One Community-based Solar- RO plant with water ATM

V. Scope of Work (SOW) & Responsibility:

A. LED based Solar Lighting System (30)

The Scope of Work shall include Complete Design, Engineering, Supply, Fabrication, Transportation, Loading, Unloading, Erection, Civil Works, Electrical Connectivity, Testing, Installation and Commissioning of 12V/30W LED based Solar Street Lighting System. All parameters and practices for design, engineering, fabrication, erection, testing and commissioning of LED based Solar Street Lighting System should conform to all relevant latest IS and safety regulations.

The LED based Solar Street Lighting System shall consist of: -

1. Solar Panel
2. Battery
3. Charging Unit
4. Lighting Luminaries
5. GI Pole & Mounting Structure

6. Earth Pit
