RFP invites for SITC of 3 kWp Solar Photo Voltaic (SPV) Power Supply for 10 Nos. IAPT BTS in Gadchiroli SSA under Nagpur Division.

The Executive Engineer (E), BSNL Electrical Division, Nagpur-01 invites item rate eTENDER for rate contract on behalf of BHARAT SANCHAR NIGAM LIMITED for the following work from Firms / Contractors satisfying the under mentioned eligibility conditions:-

Eligibility Criteria: - The Firms who fulfill the following requirements shall be eligible to etender.

(a) Financial Norms:

Average annual turnover during the last 3 years, ending 31st March of the previous financial year, should be at least 30% of the estimated cost put to tender.

(b) Physical Norms:

Manufacturers of SPV Module having accreditation with ISO 9001-2000(Or Latest ISO) and ISO 14001(Latest issue) and IEC 61215 certified who are on list of MNRE approved list of manufacturers and channel partners.

Authorized suppliers / vendor approved by the above original manufacturers. The authorization letter specific to the concerned tender on printed letter head of the manufacturer in this regard will have to be produced by the supplier/vendor.

Experience of having successfully completed similar works (SITC of Solar Power generation system) in Central Government /State Government/Central Autonomous Body/Central Public Sector Undertaking during last 7 years ending last day of the month previous to the one in which applications are invited should be either of the following :-

Accessibility of Tender Document: Tender document can be accessed / obtained by downloading it from the website www.maharashtra.bsnl.co.in. The official copy of tender document for participating in e-Tender shall be available for downloading from www.eprocure.gov.in from date 11/05/2018, onwards up to date 23/052018, 15.00 Hrs.

Date & Time of Submission of e-Tender: on or before 15.00 hrs of 23/05/2018 Note: a) In case the date of submission (opening) of bid is declared to be a holiday, the date of submission (opening) of bid will get shifted automatically to next working day at the same scheduled time.

Any change in bid opening date due to any other unavoidable reason will be intimated to all the bidders separately.
