Job Description
WWF-India’s Retail Fundraising Division (RFR) is looking for a results-oriented and collaborative professional to take forward its established Outreach & Workplace Giving (WPG) vertical. This role focuses on driving execution, strengthening partnerships, and scaling an already successful programme that bridges corporate engagement, employee giving, and volunteer participation.
Job Responsibilities
Programme Implementation & Leadership
- Lead day-to-day operations of WWF-India’s Workplace Giving Programme (WPG), which includes two established streams — Corporate Matching and Leaders for Change (LFC).
- Supervise a small team responsible for donor stewardship, analytics, reporting, and corporate partnership delivery.
- Ensure smooth implementation of existing processes, performance tracking, and communication workflows across teams.
- Strengthen systems for monitoring, reporting, and maintaining consistency in donor experience and partner engagement.
Stream 1: Corporate Matching
- Oversee partnerships with corporate giving platforms (e.g., Benevity) and ensure WWF-India’s active participation and visibility.
- Drive acquisition of eligible corporate partners under the matching programme and increase revenue through matched employee contributions.
- Plan and execute hourly volunteering activities — both virtual and in-person — that engage employees and demonstrate tangible environmental impact.
- Track and analyse matched revenue, participation metrics, and corporate engagement outcomes on a quarterly basis.
Stream 2: Leaders for Change (LFC)
- Manage the established Leaders for Change regular giving programme, focused on engaging employees and individuals in sustained monthly giving.
- Drive acquisition of new donors through strategic corporate partnerships and existing WWF-India channels (Face-to-Face, Retention, Digital, and Corporate Alliances teams).
- Lead donor stewardship and retention, ensuring the delivery of quarterly theme-based offerings, communications, and impact reports.
- Coordinate with WWF-India’s Environment Education team and State Offices to organise monthly and quarterly nature trails and engagement activities for LFC donors.
- Oversee donor data management, analysis, and regular reporting to evaluate engagement trends and performance.
Corporate Engagement & Partnerships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Corporate Alliances (CA), Digital, and Marketing & Communications (MARCOM) teams for cohesive execution of campaigns and partnerships.
- Support pro-bono partnerships and paid leasing collaborations with corporates, malls, and events to strengthen WWF-India’s visibility and outreach presence.
- Conduct employee engagement and awareness activities aligned with WWF’s sustainability and conservation goals.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, partners, and vendors to ensure seamless event and campaign execution.
Programme Management & Reporting
- Oversee reporting on WPG performance, revenue, and engagement metrics across both streams.
- Manage dashboards and periodic updates to leadership, ensuring data accuracy and timely insights.
- Maintain consistency in internal coordination and cross-team collaboration to support programme scale-up.
- Support annual planning and budgeting exercises, tracking expenditure against programme goals.
Events & Outreach
- Coordinate and execute outreach events, volunteering drives, and corporate campaigns under WPG.
- Supervise fabrication, setup, and maintenance of WWF-India’s kiosks (both physical and digital, including VirtuKiosk).
- Represent WWF-India at relevant events, CSR forums, and corporate platforms to promote workplace giving and employee engagement.
People Management
- Lead, guide, and monitor 1–2 team members within WPG for timely execution of deliverables.
- Ensure knowledge transfer, alignment, and adherence to WWF’s brand and engagement guidelines.
- Collaborate with regional and state teams to support pan-India outreach execution.
Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in corporate partnerships, employee engagement, fundraising, or sustainability-focused programmes.
- Proven ability to execute multi-stakeholder projects end-to-end and manage small teams.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with corporate partners and agencies.
- Sound understanding of data tracking, donor engagement, and campaign reporting.
- Creative thinker with experience in employee volunteering, brand engagement, or event execution.
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Passion for sustainability, partnerships, and people-driven impact.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Sustainability, Development, Environmental Management, or Communications.
- Prior experience managing CSR or employee engagement programmes.
- Familiarity with workplace giving platforms (e.g., Benevity) preferred.
