𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: 6-12 Yrs

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Identify, Monitor, and Evaluate CSR initiatives aligned with company goals.
• Drive community development projects in rural development, education, health, and agriculture.
• Ensure measurable impact and sustainability of implemented programs.
• Oversee app functionality and innovation to support agro-based solutions.
• Track KPIs: number of orders, app downloads, renter/rentee profiles.
• Prepare monthly progress reports (MPR), monitor performance of 4 field officers.
• Coordinate with the App Development and Marketing Teams to ensure alignment and performance.
• Foster partnerships with NGOs and vendors; draft and manage MoUs.
• Ensure compliance and effective onboarding of implementing partners.
• Develop frameworks for data analysis and monitoring of CSR programs.
• Coordinate with marketing and purchase teams for timely procurement of project materials.
• Liaise with the accounts department for payment verification and processing.
• Support the creation of success stories, impact reports, IEC materials, and digital campaign content to promote CSR visibility.
• Work closely with finance teams to ensure timely payments and budget adherence for CSR activities.
• Develop creative and quality educational videos for the Sonalika eGurukul platform.
• Manage and regularly update the Art & Craft playlist with engaging content.
