CSR Manager / CSR Consultant

Hiring a CSR Champion!  (Mumbai/Kerala Preferred)

Are you passionate about creating positive social impact and building sustainable community programs? We are looking for a dedicated CSR Manager/Consultant to join our mission-driven team!

The Role

• Develop, implement, and monitor impactful CSR strategies and programs.
• Manage end-to-end project cycles, from planning to execution and reporting.
• Coordinate volunteer activities and employee engagement initiatives.
• Prepare detailed reports on CSR activities, outcomes, and budget utilization.

You Are:

• A graduate with 5+ years of experience in CSR, NGO management, or social work.
• Exceptionally strong in project management and communication skills.
• A proactive problem-solver with a genuine passion for social change.
• Based in Mumbai or Kerala (highly preferred for occasional meetings).
