Digital Bharat Collaborative (DBC), a part of Piramal Foundation, supports the government to transform the public healthcare system by building a robust digital delivery platform that ensures availability and accessibility of quality healthcare for all. Through this, we seek to enhance experiences of citizens in accessing government health services at the last mile.

This role will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

• Receiving inbound calls for the Centralized Call Centre (CCC)
• Understanding Insured Person's (IP's) requirements
• Providing information to IPs in strict adherence to the established protocol
• Transferring all emergency calls to 108 for ambulance assistance
• Updating IP's records in the designated application
• Validating data through outbound calls to IPs and their dependents
• Providing guidance and support to IPs regarding the utilization of ESIC services such as hospital empanelment, claim procedures, referral systems, and digital access to services (e.g., online appointment booking, e-pehchan card usage)

Experience required:

• At Least 1+ Years of Experience in health-related projects

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor of Pharmacy
• Graduate in Science stream

Desirable Skills:

• Excellent Communication Skills (Hindi, English, and regional languages)
• Call handling skills
• Basic Data Entry and Computer Proficiency

• Multilingual Ability Computer Knowledge

Knowledge

• Basic knowledge of ESIC Services and Entitlements
