Job Description
We are looking for a passionate Library Fellow Educator who will be responsible for inculcating a reading culture among the children and team. Also, managing and enriching library spaces across various locations, including our Vardhishnu office, Anandghar centers, and through our ‘Library on wheels’ initiative. This role combines comprehensive library management, educational programming, and community engagement.
Job Responsibilities
- To function as a point person for designing data collection tools, mechanisms for collection of process data and validation measures for the project
- To design Monitoring and Evaluation (M and E) framework for the program and tracking the project indicators
- Responsible for doing data analysis, identifying data discrepancies and ensure data validation.
- To design dashboard for data visualization
- Supervise field staff for data management and ensuring fidelity
- Contribute in developing data triangulation mechanism through designing impact assessment tools and random verification techniques
- To lead data analysis for different deliverables under the program
- Responsible for updating the data and presenting data during weekly and monthly meetings in the form of tables and graphs
- To travel across different implementation sites to provide technical guidance to the team on data management
- To assist in developing quarterly, half yearly and annual reports
- Any other task assigned by the Project Lead, Co-Lead, and the Project Coordinator
Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience
- Master’s degree in Statistics, Population Sciences, Public health, Operational Research
- Proficiency in using software’s for both quantitative (R, STATA, SPSS etc.) and qualitative research (NVivo, Atlas Ti etc.)
- Prior experience of a minimum of 2 years in data management of research and implementation projects
- Fluency in Hindi and English
- Good computing (MS Office) skills
Desirable Criteria:
- Experience in functioning independently and part of a team
- Experience of working in research studies/projects with passion to work in the field of mental health
- Experience of managing data through a digital platform will be an added advantage
- Ability to work on tight deadlines
- Ability to contribute towards manuscript writing
