Job Description

Facilitation

• To facilitate value education classes in Hindi and English medium from class 3 rd to 8 th
• To develop lesson plan and worksheets of each lesson
• Prepare monthly and quarterly action plans. Sharing action plans in advance to the  reporting manager.
• Provide regular and meaningful reports, feedback, suggestions and recommendations to the management for implementation of the programme
• Interact with students and give the feedback to the Coordinator and develop a strong culture of collaboration, trust and reciprocity among the teachers
• Coordinate with academic coordinator for better understanding in the school

Curriculum Development:

• Enhancing and customizing the current curriculum.
• Design and develop tool to track the progress of learning level and evaluation of outcomes
• Design and develop tool to track syllabus status monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual
• Report Writing

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelors/Masters in education, arts, social science, science or equivalent.
• Two- three years of facilitating experience on ground level with children and young adults
• Experience of online facilitating will be added advantage
• Experience of working with social sector/development sector in education
• Experience of developing teaching material/worksheets/notes
• Performing arts background will be added advantage
• Understanding of Social Emotional Learning, mental health will be an added advantage.
