Why Do We Want This Position Filled?

To anchor TBL at the back-end by setting up & systemising processes.

To provide horizontal support tthe Chief Impact Catalyst & other Imapct Catalysts for client delivery.

To develop services/offerings of TBL (e.g. capacity-building workshops, market research, impact assessment etc.)
What Do We Expect From This Position:
The scope of the accountabilities of the role includes (but is not limited to)

Process Improvement & Knowledge Building
-
Oversight of the organisation's daily operations & work across all verticals
-
Upgrade & implement appropriate systems, policies, standards, & procedures
-
Provide analytical support & troubleshooting support to the team
-
Setting up and monitoring of hirings and HR policies
-
Maintain, monitor and QC of the collaterals of TBL (website, brochures etc.)

Client & Stakeholder Management
-
Support the Impact Chief Impact Catalyst and Impact Catalyst by supporting their deliverables through structures and frameworks
-
Enable the team to deliver on respective operations & initiatives successfully

Project Delivery & Impact Measurement
-
Develop frameworks and products to streamline TBL deliverables and services
-
Help the Chief Impact Catalyst with the Organisation Development projects.
How Does Our Ideal Candidate Look Like?
Education & Experience
-
A bachelor’s degree and undiluted passion and understanding of the social sector
-
4 - 6 years of experience in the social sector
-
An experience of working with OD projects (preferred)
Knowledge & Skills

Technical Knowledge & Skills

Command over MS Office & Google Suite (Especially Excel Sheets & Presentations)

Analytical Thinking and Logical Reasoning
