Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic, motivated, and experienced Manager – Program & Fundraising to lead programmatic implementation, strengthen donor relations, and drive fundraising initiatives on behalf of the Trustees.

Project Prakash Charitable Trust, founded by Prof. Pawan Sinha (MIT, USA), is committed to combining cutting-edge scientific research with compassionate social service. The Trust works to restore sight to curably blind children and help them lead a life of dignity and independence through outreach, treatment, education and vocational skilling. We also undertake scientific research to advance knowledge on developmental disorders, and improve treatments.
Key Responsibilities: Program Management
* Lead and oversee the programmatic activities of the Trust in alignment with the vision of the organization and goals set by the Trustees.
* Manage staff members and ensure timely achievement of objectives with accountability.
* Develop implementation plans, track progress, and prepare reports for Trustees and donors.
* Ensure compliance with statutory, organizational, and donor requirements.
Fundraising & Donor Relations
* Develop and implement fundraising strategies to mobilize resources from CSR, institutional funders, and individual donors.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective donors.
* Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and donor reports.
* Organize fundraisers and donor engagement events and ensure timely communication and stewardship. * Prepare the Trust to apply for FCRA.
Financial & Resource Management
* Support budget planning, fund utilization, and financial reporting.
* Ensure efficient use of resources with transparency and accountability.
* Coordinate with finance and administrative staff, CA for smooth fund flow and documentation.
Leadership & Communication
* Provide strong leadership to the program team, fostering a culture of collaboration and performance.
* Serve as the key point of contact between the Trustees, staff, and external stakeholders.
* Represent the Trust in external forums, meetings, and donor interactions. * Enhance organization’s social media presence and reach.
Qualifications & Experience
* Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or equivalent in Social Sciences/Development Studies.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in program management and fundraising within the non- profit/CSR/social sector.
* Proven ability to mobilize resources from CSR and individual donors.
* Strong donor relations and grant management experience.
* Excellent human resource management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office, digital communication tools, and database management.
* Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines under pressure.
Work Conditions
* Location: Delhi (on-site, no work-from-home option).
* Working Days: 6 days a week.
* Contract: Initially for 1 year; renewable based on performance and requirement.
