Background: Prajwala is an anti-trafficking organization, which believes in preventing women and children from entering prostitution, the worst form of sexual slavery. The organization is actively involved in second-generation prevention, rescue, rehabilitation, restoration and social reintegration of victims of trafficking for commercial sexual exploitation. Efforts are made to explore both employment and self employment alternatives for the survivors

 Job Description: 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and Evaluation (M & amp; E):
• Develop and implement project monitoring plans and tools in collaboration with program teams.
• Track progress against project indicators, targets, and timelines.
• Conduct regular field visits to monitor project activities and collect data.
• Ensure quality, consistency, and integrity of M&E data.
• Support baseline, midline, and endline surveys and evaluations.
• Provide technical input in designing M&E frameworks.
• Documentation:
• Maintain organized records of project documents, reports, and monitoring data.
• Compile and draft regular progress reports, donor reports, and internal updates.
• Manage photo and video documentation of project activities.
• Assist in preparing presentations and communication materials for stakeholders.

 

Minimum Qualifications include the following for the above two positions:

• Graduation / Post Graduation
• Computer Knowledge MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power point and Internet
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in Telugu, English and Hindi
• Ability and willingness to undertake extensive travel within state
