Aligned to this vision, Digital Bharat Collaborative’s (DBC) vision is to build Bharat through acceleration of Information Systems to transform public systems’ responsiveness and governance led by women and youth. Through this, we seek to enhance experiences of citizens in accessing government health services at the last mile.

This role will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

• Designing engagement processes that empower community members to actively contribute their knowledge, perspectives, and ideas, fostering a sense of ownership and co-creation.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand the overarching goals of digitally engaging citizens.
• Work on  a portfolio of interconnected products, ensuring they align with the overall program goals.
• coordinate cross-functional teams, collaborate with operation team for effective roll out of the various products related to citizen and community engagement
• Implement mechanisms to gather feedback from citizens and the community on various government initiatives and use this feedback for continuous improvement.
• Implement the strategies to increase adoption of Personal Health Records.
• Contribute in ideation and product development for meaningful engagement of community for improving health and education outcomes
• Coordinate with IT teams to design, implement, and monitor digital tools (such as apps, telehealth platforms, or digital outreach campaigns) tailored for public health engagement.
•  Publish case studies, best-practice toolkits, and implementation guides for wider ecosystem adoption.

Desirable Qualification & Experience

• Master’s Degree/PG Diploma in rural development/social work/Public Health or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in public health, digital health or other relevant field

Essential Skills:

• Strong background in public health, digital health, or a related field, often with an advanced degree.
• Proven experience in program or project management, especially in digital health or community engagement contexts.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with digital health technologies, open-source solutions, and user-centered design.
• Ability to analyze data, manage risks, and adapt strategies in dynamic environments.
