In this role, you will be responsiblefor overseeing the operations of the overall project. 

Please find below the detailed Roles and Responsibilities: 

• Hiring personnel for the project at the local level. 
• Supervise and support the project staff in executing their duties effectively. 
• Formulation of a mobilization strategy with Project Leadership and distributing territories amongmobilizers to ensure efficient mobilization. 
• Counselling of mobilized candidates for the program. 
• Finalisation of training calendar and shop opening schedules. 
• Ensure timely mobilisation, counselling, fee collection, onboarding, training and shop opening.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of the centers, making necessary adjustments for improvement. 
• Collaborate with local stakeholders, including communities, NGOs, and government agencies, toenhance awareness about eye health and entrepreneurship opportunities. 

Desired Skill Sets: 

• The ideal candidate should have a strong background in project management, business development, and a commitment to promoting eye care services. 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and provideguidance to rural entrepreneurs. 
• Expertise in digital technologies, including Tele-Medicine and Learning Management Systems (LMS)would be advantageous. 
• Proficient in the skilling sector. 

Qualification: Preferably a master's degree in business administration, Project Management, Rural Management, PGDM, or a related field. 

Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience in project management and business development, preferably in the healthcare, Rural Entrepreneurship Development, or eye care sector. Term: 1 year - Fixed term contract. 

Location: Bhubaneswar
