Education: MBA (Marketing / Management / MSW) from a recognized institution.
Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month CTC (based on experience and skills)

Role Overview:
As an RFP Analyst / Government Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end government tendering and procurement activities. The role involves identifying suitable RFPs, preparing compliant technical proposals, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and supporting business development initiatives. The position also requires PAN-India travel for project assessment and client coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Government Tendering & RFP Management:
- Identify, track, and monitor government RFPs/tenders through GeM, e-procurement portals, and other relevant platforms
- Analyse tender documents including eligibility criteria, scope of work, timelines, and compliance requirements
- Prepare and submit technical proposals, bid documents, and supporting annexures
- Manage end-to-end tender documentation including statutory, safety, and compliance-related documents
Coordination & Proposal Support:
- Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and partners to ensure timely and accurate bid submissions
- Maintain a structured repository of tender documents, formats, approvals, and submissions
- Assist in pre-bid meetings, clarifications, negotiations, and post-submission follow-ups
Business Development & Field Support:
- Support new business development initiatives, project scouting, and proposal planning
- Travel across India for client meetings, project evaluations, and stakeholder coordination as required
Skills & Competencies:
- Proven hands-on experience in government tendering and RFP documentation
- Strong research, analytical, and documentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online procurement portals
- Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and compliance accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to travel PAN-India
