Job Description:

The Research Associate is expected to gather and analyze quantitative and qualitative data, perform advanced statistical analysis and conduct literature reviews and synthesize findings among others.

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

Required Skills:

• Understanding of basic and advanced statistical analysis, business analytics, and data visualization etc.
• Knowledge of useful programming and spreadsheet tools such as Stata, R, Python, etc.
• Strong research and writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• An analytical mind-set who enjoys helping participants solving problems and turning data into useful actionable information.
• Prior experience in large research projects is desirable.

Required Qualification:

• Master’s in Management.
