About the Organization

National Institute of Public Finance and Policy (NIPFP) is a premier research institution in public economics and policy. Established in 1976, the institute has made significant contributions in both research and policy formulation at the Centre and State Level in areas of revenue and taxation, fiscal management, public expenditure, macroeconomic matters.

Job Description

The incumbent will be required to provide support for data collection and analysis, research and report preparation support to the team in context of the above mentioned project around State Finances and Output-Outcome Budget.

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

• Master’s Degree (M.A/MS.c) in Economics/ Public Policy or any related field
• Candidates with 0-1 years of experience may apply.
• Knowledge in data analysis, Budgets, Public Financial Management (PFM) is an advantage.

Salary

The candidate will be offered a consolidated fee of Rs.40,000/-per month
