Job Description

• Create resourceful ways to spread awareness about India's biodiversity.
  
  
• Effectively convey the organizations mission, vision, and programs to potential donors.
  
  
• Contact Donors through calls or in person and explain WWF India's work to members in a clear and exciting way to generate funds for supporting WWF-India's conservation work.
  
  
• Cultivate a network of dedicated donors and volunteers. Develop a long-term relationship with the donor and upgrade them to the donor pyramid.
  
  
• Meet the fundraising target given by the line manager.
  
  

Requirements

• Graduate/ Post Graduate/ MBA from any recognized University.
  
  
• Excellent English communication skills with demonstrated ability to talk and listen to people and build rapport with them, along with Kannada.
  
  
• Highly performance-oriented.
  
  
• Energy and drive to inspire people and promote WWF-India's work.
  
  
• Public Speaking skills / BD experience.
  
  
• Ability to successfully balance priorities while managing multiple tasks.
  
  
• Sales background / Telecommunication / Fundraising Background.
