It has campuses at Mumbai, Tuljapur, Guwahati and Hyderabad, TISS offers over 47 Post Graduate programmes, 20 Doctoral programmes, and Under Graduate programmes in Social Science and Skill Education.

Job Description

Applications are invited for the position of: ‘Senior Executive- Accounts & Finance’ – One post. Applications to be filled on contract basis for a period of one year and extendable based on performance of the employee and as per the requirement of School of Skill Education, TISS.

• Process invoices & payments, verify correctness, and follow up on inconsistencies to ensure timely execution.
• Strong scrutiny of various documentation as per donor's approved guideline
• Perform bank reconciliations, identify variances, and resolve issues promptly.
• To generate monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly financial reports as per donor's requirements and send to the concerned authority.
• Support audits by preparing documentation and addressing auditor requests.
• Should be willing to take up task apart from that specified as per the requirement of the school and carry out additional duties and responsibilities as required from time to time.

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor Degree or Masters in relevant field
• Minimum experience of 2 to 3 years
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills (Preferably English)
• Understanding of CSR principles and best practices
• Proficiency in Excel/Word and accounting software tally etc
• Ability to manage to handle multiple reports
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines
• Well-developed organizational skills and time management skills, including the ability to prioritise and manage responsibilities
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities

Salary

Consolidated Salary of INR 30,000 per month
