Job Description
As the Senior Manager – Growth & Impact, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, developing, and nurturing strategic partnerships with the broader education and development ecosystem. You will be responsible for co-creating opportunities for deploying ConveGenius solutions by aligning with the missions of large-scale CSR programs, foundations, philanthropies, and NGOs.
This role requires a passionate and driven professional who understands the intersection of education, technology, and social impact and is experienced in navigating complex partnership landscapes.
Job Responsibilities
Partnership Development
- Identify and build strategic partnerships with NGOs, CSR heads, philanthropic foundations, and multilateral agencies aligned with ConveGenius’ mission.
- Lead end-to-end partnership cycle—prospecting, pitch development, proposal writing, negotiations, and onboarding.
- Design and co-create programs with partners that enable deployment of EdTech solutions at scale in low-resource settings.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build trust-based relationships with decision-makers and influencers in the education ecosystem.
- Work closely with product, implementation, and strategy teams to craft compelling value propositions for partners.
Revenue & Project Mobilisation
- Drive revenue from partnerships through grants, CSR-funded initiatives, and collaborative projects.
- Track and report on partnership pipeline, conversions, and project outcomes.
Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic partnerships, or fundraising in the development sector, EdTech, or impact-focused enterprises.
- Demonstrated success in partnering with large impact funders, CSR teams, foundations, or large-scale NGOs.
- Excellent communication, proposal writing, and relationship-building skills.
- Passionate about education equity and technology-led transformation.
- MBA, Master’s in Development Studies, Public Policy, or a related field from a top-tier institution is preferred.
Experience:
- At least 7 years with a minimum of 5 years in strategic partnerships/business development roles with large impact funders, CSRs, or impact-driven organisations
