Job Description

Join a dynamic team at MSC as a Senior Manger in Community and Livelihoods Sector. With your years of experience, you'll drive impactful projects that empower low- and middle-income communities. Lead innovative business development, build strategic client relationships, and manage multi-stakeholder projects. This role offers exciting opportunities for professional growth while traveling across diverse regions. Business Development (40%):

• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the Community and Livelihoods Sector. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions. Lead the development of proposals, presentations, and pitches to prospective clients. Collaborate with the team to achieve revenue targets and strategic objectives.

Project Leadership and Client/Stakeholder Management (60%):

• Lead and manage consulting projects focused on community and livelihoods sector, from inception to completion. Conduct thorough research and analysis to inform project strategies and recommendations. Deliver high-quality reports, presentations, and other project deliverables that meet client expectations. Engage and manage stakeholders effectively, including government agencies, financial institutions, NGOs, and community-based organizations.

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

Experience

• More than 8 Years Bachelor or Masters level degree (or higher). MBA from a tier 1 or 2 institute preferred.

Mandatory Skills

• Ability to lead assignments and teams and work with minimal supervision
• Ability to develop client relationships and win business
• A strong field orientation and proven interpersonal skills
• Leadership skills, decision-making skills, problem-solving skills, and people- management skills
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Proficient in word, excel and PowerPoint
