Job Position: Sr. Project Associate- CSR & Livelihoods

Locations: Nashik, Baster ( chhattisgarh)

No. of Position: 2

CTC: INR 4 LPA to 6 LPA (Depending on the relevant experience)

About the Position:

BharatCares is seeking a motivated and experienced Sr. Project Associate- CSR & Livelihoods. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1.5 years of experience in employability, livelihoods, and entrepreneurship programs. The role requires excellent communication skills and a willingness to travel as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Implementation:

  1. Assist in the design, implementation, and monitoring of livelihoods and entrepreneurship programs.
  2. Ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  3. Coordinate with stakeholders, including beneficiaries, partners, and donors.

Training and Capacity Building:

  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to build the capacity of program participants.
  • Develop training materials and curricula in line with program objectives.

Data Management and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of program activities and participants.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on program progress and outcomes.
  • Analyze data to assess program impact and identify areas for improvement.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Build and maintain relationships with local communities, government agencies, NGOs, and other stakeholders.
  • Represent BharatCares at meetings, events, and conferences related to livelihoods and entrepreneurship.

Travel:

  • Travel as required to various program locations for implementation, monitoring, and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of 1.5 years of experience in employability, livelihoods, and entrepreneurship programs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in data management and reporting tools.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Experience working in the social sector or non-profit organizations.
  • Knowledge of local livelihoods and entrepreneurship ecosystems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Business Administration, Development Studies, or a related field
