About the Organization

The Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India is an autonomous body and not-for-profit institute located Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. Established in 1983, the institute offers master's degree programmes in Entrepreneurship, a fellowship programme and a number of entrepreneurship training programmes.

About the Conference

Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India (EDII) has been organizing Biennial Conferences on Entrepreneurship since 1994. These conferences provide a forum for researchers, educators, and practitioners to share their research findings and experiences in entrepreneurship development. Deliberations on contemporary issues of relevance and interest have opened up new avenues to advance entrepreneurship on a much broader scale. The conferences are organized under the aegis of the Centre for Research in Entrepreneurship Education and Development (CREED), setup by EDII. EDII has organized fifteen Biennial Conferences from 1994 to 2023.

In line with the fifteen biennial conferences held over the past 30 years, the Sixteenth Biennial Conference on Entrepreneurship continues to serve as an established forum for researchers, educators, and practitioners to share their ideas and research findings with other researchers, professionals and thinkers in the field. This conference provides an opportunity to exchange feedback and refine their research pursuits. Researchers are invited to contribute papers and reports that explore and expand upon the field of entrepreneurship theory and practice.
