This course is designed to provide the learners with a framework to guide the development of strategic communication programs. This is the P Process framework which was developed by Johns Hopkins Center for Communications Programs (CCP) in 1982 and thereafter continues to evolve and contribute to strengthening communication programs around the world. It provides a step-by-step roadmap that relies on evidence to inform the message and has a measurable impact on the audience. The course will guide the learners towards developing an understanding of the P Process, its five steps and sub-steps and its application to their ongoing programs.
