About the Program

BRAC’s BRIDGE Returnship Programme offers a unique opportunity for mid-career female professionals who have taken a career break and are seeking to re-enter the professional world. This programme is designed for individuals with prior experience ready to resume their career journey.

Participants will embark on a transformative six-month attachment with BRAC, gaining invaluable hands-on experience and professional development opportunities. This enriching journey will not only enhance your expertise but also open doors to exciting career prospects within BRAC and its partner organisations.

As part of BRAC’s BRIDGE Returnship Programme, you will have the chance to take on dynamic and impactful roles that accelerate your professional growth and revitalise your career:

• Supervision of projects and new initiatives: Oversee innovative interventions or initiatives, contributing to meaningful and transformative change.
• Management and development of operational units: Play a key role in managing and enhancing operational units, functions, or processes, driving efficiency and innovation.
• Leadership in research and programme development: Take the lead in designing and executing cutting-edge research and programmes, shaping impactful solutions for Bangladesh's development challenges.
• Driving success: Lead critical corporate segments or functions, harnessing your expertise to deliver tangible results and foster organisational growth.

Eligibility

We welcome applications from female candidates who have taken a career break at any stage of their professional journey but possess a minimum of three years of relevant experience, gained in reputable organisations.

Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree from a recognised university. We are committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment, and we encourage female professionals from diverse backgrounds to apply.
