About the Organization

RoundTable Global is an International award winning learning and development organisation dedicated to bringing Planet Conscious and Symbiotic Leadership to the world.

This is why everything we do focuses on individuals and organisations transitioning from a survival-based mindset where fear-based firefighting solutions dominate, to one where collaborative and rejuvenating solutions are uncovered, explored and actioned.

We are experts in redefining corporate cultures and global communities, in unlocking potential in people, creating sustainable mindset change and helping to release from fears and beliefs that no longer serve us. We use this expertise to bring the creative and corporate worlds together for mutual benefit and learning, delivering empowerment programmes that further our three Global Goals of Educational Innovation, Empowering Everyone and Environmental Rejuvenation.

About the Event

The Global Youth Awards is a celebration of youth around the world. Our mission is to create the largest global collaboration for youth empowerment and development the world has ever seen.

The Three Global Goal Youth Projects & Awards supports and showcases extraordinary young people aged 11-25 around the world who are leading inspirational projects for a positive impact.

We have created the awards to provide support, experiences, personal development and a global network of opportunities for all of our winners. This includes an invitation to become a RoundTable Global Youth Change Ambassador or for larger groups, a Global Youth Collective for 12-months after the awards with access to all of our Ambassadors, Global Goal Projects, Events, Mentoring and Training. Our winners are also invited to support the design and delivery of the awards in the following year.

The Global Youth Awards are delivered as part of RoundTable Global charity, The Legacy Project (charity number 1139739). In order to ensure that it is inclusive for all young people it is vital that we ensure that it remains completely free for young people to enter and attend. We want to work with businesses and brands that share our passion for supporting youth and giving back to the community.

Our three global goals:

Educational innovation - We need to re-imagine the way that young people learn and develop ensuring that this learning is inclusive for everyone. If you are doing anything to innovate or transform education, we want to hear from you.

Empowering everyone - Our empowerment goal is focused on ensuring that everyone has equal access to opportunities and knowledge. We are specifically interested in projects that empower women and young people.

Environmental rejuvenation - We are excited to hear about projects that are going beyond sustainability to restore and rejuvenate the global Eco-system. Please let us know about your global environmental projects and innovations.
