Eligibility Criteria:

We are looking for an organised and creative videographer to work with our creative team to plan, film, and edit video content according to project’s briefs. The responsibilities include ensuring that the necessary filming equipment is available for use, directing other camera operators on set, and editing film footage. We are looking for a professional who would be able to understand project briefs and work creatively to produce the desired product. They should stay up to date with industry trends and tools that will make projects more marketable.

Roles and Responsibilities for the Project:

We are recording 10 different social impact stories across the country and the videographer is to make three videos and edit it accordingly for three different platforms - YouTube 8 minute (long narrative), Facebook 120 seconds (Teaser) and Instagram 60 seconds (Reels).

Videographer Responsibilities: 

•  Film videos on set or on location.
•  Ensure that equipment for a shoot is present and working.
•  Plan the shoot with the creative team and the speaker.
•  Edit footage in post-production.
• Direct other camera operators so that the needed footage is acquired.

Videographer Requirements:

• Excellent computer literacy.
• Proficiency with editing software such as Photoshop, Adobe, Illustrator etc.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with camera equipment.
• Should have camera and lighting equipment required for indoor and outdoor video shoots.  

*This is a project based position and it is temporary in nature, remuneration will be competitive with the development sector pay scales and will depend upon the applicant’s skills and experience levels. Further contact will be done for future projects if desired results are acquired.
