Background 

CSRBOX is a social impact strategy practice and implementation organisation. We work with companies and philanthropic organisations for better CSR program design, pre-project to post-project handholding and impact assessment. We embed technology solutions for responding to social problems at a scale. We are the largest knowledge platform with http://www.csrbox.org and have mapped over 30,000 CSR projects in the past 7 years. We work at pan-India level with our Teams in Delhi, Gurgaon, Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad and Bangalore. We are also an executive committee member of Bharat Digital Platform under the aegis of the Principal Scientific Advisor to the Government of India. Purpose of this EOI

CSRBOX is working with the corporate as an Impact Advisory and curating projects and programs around different thematic areas including skill development. CSRBOX, through this EOI note, wishes to invite proposals from skill development agencies and NGOs who are working on high impact Skill Development projects on imparting vivid skills to the learners in Bangalore.  

Scope of Work

CSRBOX is engaged with a corporate in the city stated above that have shown interest to undertake Skill Development Based projects. The key interventions are:

1.  Imparting skills in different non-technical courses such as retail, sales, BFSI etc to the underprivileged youth that will help them to become job ready
2.  Capacity building of the unemployed youth and to deliver quality skill training leading to meaningful employment
3.  Mobilization of youth in the age group of 18-25 years as per the desired criteria
4. Placement Support 

Who Can Apply?

1. The non-profits and skilling agencies (for profit) who are working in the skill development space and imparting non-technical skilling courses to the youth can apply.
2. Skill development agencies and non-profits with at least 3 years track record in projects in imparting various skill development programs.
3. Must have their skill centre, academy, office in Bangalore with minimum 2 years setup.
4. Must be catering to the youth in between 18-28 years of age.
