CSRBOX collaborates with companies and CSR foundations to design, implement, and assess effective CSR programs. Its three primary verticals—Impact Advisory, Platform, and Programs—comprise a comprehensive approach to corporate social responsibility.

Overall Objective:

CSRBOX seeks to invite proposals to identify and onboard a proficient technology partner to develop a comprehensive platform-based solution aimed at driving transformation within the social sector in India. The objective of this RFP is to solicit proposals from technology firms with proven experience in developing scalable, secure and impactful digital solutions. The organization should be able to demonstrate through experience, the ability to deliver innovative design, robust functionality, and a commitment to delivering a tailored solution that meets specific requirements within the defined timeline and budget.

Scope of work:

The selected technology partner will be responsible for the end-to-end development, deployment, and maintenance of a platform-based solution.

Period:

3 years (Subject to renewal, annually)

Key Requirements:

1. Proven track record in developing platform-based solutions. (Experience in developing social sector platforms will be an added advantage)
2. Prowess to provide scalable, secure and tailored platform solutions.
3. Expertise in determining the most suitable technological solution (coding language) for the development of the platform and the ability to render high-quality services for the same.
4. Experience in handling large-scale data and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
5. Expertise in creating user-friendly interfaces that cater to diverse user groups, including those with limited digital literacy.
6. Ability to understand and comprehend the requirements.
7. Suggest technological solutions and ways to resolve processual challenges and deliver in an optimal manner
8. Requisite team to cater to dynamic demand and seamless support.
9. Strong project management skills to ensure timely delivery within the stipulated budget.
10. Potential ability to integrate advanced technologies such as AI, ML, and data analytics to enhance platform capabilities.

Evaluation Criteria:

Step 1:

• Submit a comprehensive organisation profile for review and assessment inclusive of past work experience, references with contact details and client testimonials.
• The profile should showcase the credibility and bandwidth of the organization in delivering long-term partnerships with clients in line with the points enumerated in the key requirements section above.
• Deadline for submission of organisation profile: 10th May 2024

Step 2:

• Post profile assessment, selected firms will be provided with a scope of work to submit a detailed proposal outlining their approach to the project, including a technical roadmap, project timeline, budget estimation, and case studies of previous similar projects. The proposal should also include a comprehensive plan for stakeholder engagement, user training, and post-deployment support.
• The proposal should be inclusive of technical and financial proposals
• Organisations must submit a comprehensive financial proposal detailing all costs associated with the development of the platform-based solution, including fees, expenses, and any additional charges or services that may be required for the delivery of a platform-based solution.

Step 3:

• Post-review, selected organisations will be invited for a virtual presentation to showcase their proposals.

Step 4:

• Onboarding of a selected organisation as a Technology Partner, post comprehensive assessment of the proposal

Contracting Arrangement

The selected vendor will enter into a contract with CSRBOX for the front-end and back-end development of the platform-based solution, inclusive of support and maintenance for 3 years, subject to renewal on a year-to-year basis.
