Project Calendar on Women Leaders’ Role in Flood Mitigation and Response 

ORGANIZATION BACKGROUND:

Centre for Catalyzing Change (C3), is a not for profit organization that works to improve the lives of women and girls in India. Through local partnerships and programs, C3’s proven approach to development gives women, young girls and boys the tools they need to improve their lives, as well as that of their families and communities. Our programs focus on increasing educational and livelihood opportunities for adolescent girls, ensuring access to lifesaving reproductive health information and services, and strengthening women’s ability to become leaders in their communities and in governance. 

About the Program 

C3 is leading Project Megha, an initiative focused on Empowering Grassroots Women Leaders on Climate Resilience in Flood Situations 

Scope of Work

C3 is looking to hire an agency to develop an innovative and engaging annual calendar focusing on role of grassroot leaders in local governance specifically in flood situations. These calendars will be used by PRI leaders, who can keep them in the Panchayat Bhawans and other spaces which the community members frequent, understand different action points in preparing for floods, during floods and in the aftermath of floods.
