Selection of Agency for Conducting Street Plays for a Community Health Awareness Program

Background

A social impact organization is implementing a community health awareness initiative across multiple states in India. As part of the program, agencies are invited to conduct street plays (Nukkad Nataks) to promote preventive health awareness and engage communities. The program and funding partner details will be shared with the selected agency.

Scope of Work

The selected agency will be responsible for:

• Developing a street play script based on the communication brief provided.
• Translating/adapting the script into the local language, if required.
• Arranging artists, costumes, props, and sound system.
• Conducting rehearsals and performing street plays at designated locations.
• Engaging the audience through interactive performances.
• Providing photographs, videos, and a brief activity report after each performance.

Proposal Submission

Technical Proposal

• Organization profile
• Relevant experience in street plays/health awareness campaigns
• Proposed approach and work plan
• Sample script and video of previous work (if available)
• Locations where services can be provided

Financial Proposal

Please share the budget for one street play, including:

• Script development
• Artist fees
• Rehearsals
• Travel & logistics
• Props & costumes
• Sound system
• Documentation
• Taxes (if applicable)

Deliverables

• Approved street play script
• Successful execution of performances
• Audience engagement
• Photographs and videos
• Brief activity report

Evaluation Criteria

Proposals will be evaluated based on:

• Geographic coverage
• Cost-effectiveness
