RFP - VHS CDC Project Aspire Empanelment Of Communication Agency

Background

 

Voluntary Health Services (VHS) is a 60-year old Non-Government Organisation (NGO) based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. VHS is implementing Project ASPIRE (Advancing Sustainability, Partnerships and Innovations for Reaching Epidemic control) with the support of Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), under the guidance of National AIDS Control Organisation (NACO) and in partnership with Andhra Pradesh State AIDS Control Society (APSACS) in 13 districts of Andhra Pradesh. The goal of the project is to implement comprehensive HIV/AIDS prevention program to attain the first 95 target and primary prevention goals among Female Sex Workers (FSWs), Men who have Sex with Men (MSMs), Transgender communities (TG), Injecting Drug Users (IDUs) in 13 districts of Andhra Pradesh (AP).

 

Purpose of the RFP

VHS-CDC Project ASPIRE is interested in empanelment of agency / agencies for supporting Project ASPIRE activities including developing and designing innovative communication materials / printing / organizing campaigns including webinars, social media campaigns and events.

In pursuance of this objective, the project is requesting for proposals to identify relevant agency / agencies and to empanel them for VHS-CDC Project ASPIRE activities. This RFP should NOT be considered as an agreement or offer by the project to the prospective bidders.

Proposal Submission

 

Proposals through hard copy are invited from the potential Agency / Agencies for the aforesaid purpose. The proposal should include the "Technical" and "Financial" details.

Two separate proposals are required to be submitted - Technical and Financial Proposal. The interested Agencies must submit their proposals in two separate covers, clearly mentioning the area that they would like to bid (example developing and designing innovative communication materials (and / or) organizing hybrid events, etc). They should state in the cover - "Technical Proposal –Project ASPIRE" and "Financial Proposal - Project ASPIRE" with all relevant documents as listed in Annexures to admin@vhsprojects.org  latest by 7.12.2021.
