RFP - to hire an agency for Wall painting

MAMTA Health Institute for Mother and Child (MAMTA-HIMC) is a leading National-level not-for-profit institution registered under society Registration Act 1860. Project Overview:

Mamta Health Institute for Mother and Child in collaboration with support agency is implementing the Mobile Health Unit initiative in rural part of Rajasthan to cater the primary health care needs of pregnant women. Intervention primarily focus on early identification of high risk pregnant women by three step approach: history taking, physical examination and point of care diagnostics through trained medical staff within mobile van that reaches doorstep of beneficiaries according to route plan.

Through creating wall paintings, the Mobile Health Unit Programme intends to make sure that the beneficiaries are aware of the MHU service and the objective behind it.

Scope of work & Deliverables:

Wall paintings on objectives of the Mobile Health Unit to be painted on the selected walls.

• Quantity- 75 wall paintings
• Dimensions- 5*4 feet.
• Locations- Ladpura, Kota

Timeline:

To be completed by 31st December, 2024 

Proposal Requirements: Interested agencies should provide the following information in their proposals:

• Company overview and history, including relevant experience
• Detailed cost breakdown along with the transportation cost. Please also mention if the amount is inclusive or exclusive of GST. If GST is applicable, please provide the document for the same.
• Contact information for at least two references who can speak to the agency's experience and work quality.

Evaluation Criteria: Proposals will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

• Experience and expertise in quality.
• Estimated timeline for completing the project.
• Cost competitiveness.
