About the Organization

The United Nations Development Programme is a United Nations organization tasked with helping countries eliminate poverty and achieve sustainable economic growth and human development. Headquartered in New York City, it is the largest UN development aid agency, with offices in 170 countries.

About the RFP

The objective of the 21st Century and Digital Skills Development and Youth Community Building Initiative is to:

1. Recognize young people as active agents for social change, economic development and innovation;

2. Develop young people as leaders to raise awareness and empower peers through actions for SDGs, digital literacy and 21st century skills; and

3. Create a network of partners to help young changemakers scale their impact and empower other youth in their communities through 21st century skills development.

Eligibility

• Vendor is a legally registered entity.
• Vendor is not suspended, nor debarred, nor otherwise identified as ineligible by any UN Organization or the World Bank Group or any other international Organization in accordance with ITB clause 3.
• No conflicts of interest in accordance with ITB clause 4.
• Not declared bankruptcy, not involved in bankruptcy or receivership proceedings, and there is no judgment or pending legal action against the vendor that could impair its operations in the foreseeable future.
