RFP FOR MANAGING ALL VPCHM Expo 2024 RELATED EVENTS FOR VEDANTA

Vedanta Pink City Half Marathon is one of the largest running events across the nation; this is being held in collaboration with Anil Agarwal Foundation and the event marks a campaign

towards a malnutrition and hunger-free India. The VPCHM expo is a 3-day event where runners and well-wishers shall come to collect their race kits and get to interact with all the

partners of the event including Anil Agarwal Foundation.

Following is the major activities :

1. AAF Stall at Expo: 13th -14th December 2024

2. Motivational Zone: 15th December 2024

3. Vedanta Marquee: 15 December 2024

Please submit your company’s profile, last 3 years financial statements, similar work done for corporates. We expect presentations / discussions (virtual or in person) to Vedanta’s Sports team to clarify queries if any or understand the requirements.
