RFP for AAF Phase 2 Consolidation

Greetings from Anil Agarwal Foundation.

The Anil Agarwal Foundation (AAF) invites proposals for consulting services to support Phase 2 of our organizational consolidation initiative. This phase follows our successful completion of Phase 1, where we established core operational frameworks and transferred 20% of Business Unit funds to AAF for flagship programs.

Project Overview:

• Duration: 3 months
• Scope: Financial governance, program portfolio management, and operational consolidation
• Target: Support increased fund transfer (up to 50%) from Business Units to AAF

Key Deliverables:

1. Interface and Coordination
   • Facilitate alignment workshops between BU and AAF leadership
   • Establish coordination mechanisms for fund transfers
   • Set up regular progress tracking meetings
2. Program Portfolio Management
   • Evaluate current CSR programs
   • Support Annual Action Plan development
   • Categorize programs (SLTO, Flagship, Phase-out)
3. Financial Oversight and Governance
   • Develop comprehensive financial governance framework
   • Implement MIS and dashboard systems
   • Establish vendor management processes
   • Create fund utilization tracking mechanisms
4. Special Focus Areas
   • Financial reporting and MIS development
   • Internal control and process optimization
   • Transaction accounting support
   • SAP migration assistance

Submission Guidelines:

1. Technical proposal including approach and methodology
2. Company Profile
3. Financial Statements for past 3 years
4. Commercial proposal
5. Past relevant experience

Please submit your company’s profile, last 3 years(financial statements, similar work done for corporates. We expect presentations / discussions (virtual or in person) to  AAF team to clarify queries if any or understand the requirements, Acceptance mail on the SOW we need through mail after going through the mail from your end.
