We are writing to invite proposals for the development of a comprehensive Animal Welfare Management System that integrates Animal Birth Control (ABC) operations, Mobile Hospital Vehicle (MHV) services, and robust data analytics capabilities. We seek a modern, scalable solution that will transform our animal welfare operations through data-driven insights.

Project Overview:

The required solution encompasses three core components: A. Animal Birth Control (ABC) Management System B. Mobile Hospital Vehicle (MHV) Management System C. Advanced Data Management & Analytics Platform

• Administrative module with facility & vehicle management
• Medical records management with digital prescriptions
• Financial management with budget tracking
• Inventory management for assets & consumables

• Comprehensive reporting system

• Offline functionality
• Real-time data synchronization
• Geotagging capabilities

• Role-based access control
• API integration capabilities

Data Management:

• Scalable database architecture
• Analytics and reporting tools
• Data security and encryption
• Integration capabilities
