Consolidated Scope of Work for On-Boarding of PMC for Construction Projects for Anil Agarwal Foundation ( 2 Projects )

Project 1-  Construction of Surveillance Centre & Dwelling Units in Kaziranga National Park, Assam.

Place  : Bokakhat Town near NH ,Golaghat, Assam                       

SPECIFICATION

The very purpose of this specification document is to enable the Bidder to execute the New Proposed Construction of Surveillance Centre and Dwelling Unit with basic amenities as per the requirement. The objective of the project is to develop the Construction of Surveillance Centre and Dwelling Unit in Lump-sum Turnkey basis which includes but not limited to Architecture, Soil Investigation, Detail Design and Drawing, Supply of material and Execution, Grading & Levelling, Development of associated facilities and completion of project till handing over. All the architecture and construction to be done as per the latest technology and material considering the latest IS code / International standard / NBC standard and design to be done considering the greenhouse effect.

Project 2 -Project Management Consulting & Engineering Services for Construction of 5000 Nand Ghar of Anil Agarwal Foundation (AAF)

Bidders to provide following documents for evaluation:

Technical Proposal

• Company profile
• Last 3 years audited financial statements
• Similar work performed: documentary evidence
• Proposal to implement the scope defined above
• Org. chart / MIP for this proposed scope which shall include no. of resources deployed (full time/ shared) with qualification & experience

Commercial Proposal:

• Cost per cluster of 25 Nand Ghars
• Engineering Services Cost per change
• Per Hour advisory
