Background of the Project

India's Integrated Child Development Scheme (ICDS) is one of the world's largest social initiatives, with over 13.7 lakh Anganwadi centers. Anganwadi Workers (AWWs) play a

crucial role in addressing critical areas such as:

• Combating malnutrition
• Promoting pre- and post-natal care
• Ensuring immunization
• Delivering early childhood education

About Nand Ghar

Nand Ghar is Vedanta's innovative initiative to create smart Anganwadis with advanced infrastructure. Our model focuses on:

• Improving early childhood education
• Enhancing nutrition
• Providing healthcare
• Empowering rural women through skill development

Scope of Services

We are seeking a partner to develop and implement a comprehensive training program for 1000 Anganwadi Workers in Rajasthan, with the following key components:

• Training Need Assessment
• Content Development
• Training Delivery

Program Intent and Objectives

Our primary objectives include:

• Enabling Nand Ghar Didis to effectively deliver ECCE
• Increasing children's attendance
• Designing best-in-class content aligned with state curriculum
• Equipping workers with modern teaching methodologies
• Inculcating strong values in children

Target Beneficiaries

• Direct Beneficiaries: 1000 Anganwadi Karyakartas across Nand Ghars in Rajasthan
• Indirect Beneficiaries: Children aged 3-6 years and their parents

Geographic Scope The training program will be implemented across Nand Ghars in Rajasthan, with specific locations to be finalized in consultation with the implementing agency.

Please submit your company’s profile, last 3 years(financial statements, similar work done for corporates. We expect presentations / discussions (virtual or in person) to Nand Ghar- AAF team to clarify queries if any or understand the requirements, Acceptance mail on the SOW we need through mail after going through the mail from your end.
