RFP for onboarding an Agency/Partner to facilitate the Procurement of Materials for Nand Ghars

Nand Ghar is a social initiative of the Anil Agarwal Foundation, the philanthropic arm of the Vedanta Group. The project aims to transform the lives of 7 crore children and 2 crore women across the 13.7 Lakh Anganwadi centres by providing education, primary healthcare, nutritional requirements and economically skill training for women across India. Project Nand Ghar modernises Anganwadis functioning under the Integrated Child Development Scheme (ICDS).

Purpose 
The purpose of this Scope of Work is to engage an agency to facilitate the procurement, quality assurance, and timely delivery of essential items aimed at enhancing the learning environment for children at Nand Ghars. This includes securing child-friendly furniture, smart learning kits, and uniforms tailored to meet the developmental needs and comfort of the children. The agency shall ensure that all items procured are safe, durable, and align with specified standards to support a positive and effective learning experience within the Nand Ghar initiative.

The selected vendor will be responsible for:  
- Supply of Materials  
- Quality Assurance  
- Delivery and Installation

- Branding Requirement

Delivery Address:

All materials should be delivered and installed in districts of Gujarat (Gandhinagar and Ahmedabad).

Payment Terms

• 100% on completion of delivery at all Nand Ghars defined.
