Request for empanelment (RFE) for development of e-learning content for various Ministries/Departments/Organizations under Government of India

The Capacity Building Commission (CBC) has launched a significant initiative as part of its learning transformation program to upskill civil servants through capacity building. As part of this initiative, CBC invites eligible bidders to submit their proposals to be empaneled for the development of e-learning content for various departments, including CBC.

Interested bidders are advised to carefully review the RFQ cum RFP documents before submitting their proposals. Submission of a proposal will be considered an acknowledgment of having thoroughly studied and understood the terms, conditions, and requirements outlined in the documents.

The RFP is open to all eligible bidders who meet the specified criteria. It is important to note that bidders from countries sharing a land border with India must be registered with the Competent Authority to participate in this tender. Proposals must be submitted online by the deadline mentioned in the RFQ cum RFP document. Late submissions will not be accepted, and it is the responsibility of the bidders to ensure timely submission.
