2.     Summary of the project:

SELCO Foundation is collaborating with NGOs in the North East region, assisting them in organizational development to enhance their presence and visibility. This support focuses on revitalizing both their online and offline presence, enabling them to better showcase the ethos and impact of their work. It strengthens and support them in areas such as technical assistance, financial resources, enterprise development, skill-building, and ecosystem integration.

Towards this, the project focuses on creating a series of videos and documenting case studies that highlight the programs implemented by the NGOs. These outputs will showcase the impact of the activities implemented on local communities, particularly in enabling access to sustainable energy, improving livelihoods, and bridging poverty alleviation and environmental sustainability. The series and case studies will cover stories from different regions, capturing challenges, successes, and transformative effects of the programs.

3.     Goals and Objectives

This project aims to visually document, showcase projects and impact of initiatives by the collaborating NGOs in Northeast Region.

4.     Scope of Work

The selected Agency / professionals will work closely with SELCO Foundation and NGO partners to achieve the project’s objectives.

The scope of work includes:

• Required to visit all 4 NGOs location and plan for do the video documentation
• Capture videos of various initiatives by the NGOs while including events, workshops etc with relevant case studies, testimonials
• Photographs capturing work streams
• Training in Videography

Selection Criteria

The proposal will be evaluated based on the following general areas:

• The consultant will be evaluated on the basis of prior work experience, portfolio, and wide experience in curating content both photo and videos.
• Agency to understand the aims and objectives of the climate adaptive and energy efficient built environment solution developed for health facilities.
• The consultant should have strong project management skills, including the full-length documentary, short clips, interviews, script and storyboard, subtitles, and raw footage.
• The consultant will be evaluated based on approach & work plan, prior work experience, expertise, and proposed payment terms.
• The consultant should offer competitive pricing while maintaining high standards of quality. A detailed cost breakdown should be provided, ensuring transparency and alignment with the project's budget.
