Digital Bharat Collaborative (DBC), a part of Piramal Foundation, supports the government to transform the public healthcare system by building a robust digital delivery platform that ensures availability and accessibility of quality healthcare for all. Through this, we seek to enhance experiences of citizens in accessing government health services at the last mile.

This role will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

  • Conducts beneficiary registration & updates details in IT enabled application.
  • Screening of patients of for BP measurement for diagnosis of Diabetes mellitus, Hypertension
  • Checks & Records vitals in the prescribed format. Conducts laboratory tests (simple point of care tests) as per the protocols and also as advised by the Medical Officer.
  • Counsels and educates beneficiaries, as per specific need in personalizing, substance abuse, and physical activity ..
  • Maintains detailed and accurate records and reports.
  • Takes appropriate action for Bio Medical waste management
  • Carries out any other relevant additional functions as tasked by the MO /Specialist doctor/Operations/CD team
  • Attend periodic trainings conducted by CD/Operations team.
  • Manages daily operation and other activities whatever may be suggested by the reporting manager

Experience required

  • B.Sc. (Nursing)/ANM/GNM and 1+ years of experience
  • Local candidates will be given preference.

Essential Skills:

  • Field Experience
  • Effective verbal and written communication Skills
  • Counseling skills.
  • Good Team Player.
  • Relationship building
  • Knowledge of running Mobile Medical Unit (MMU’s) would be an addition advantage.
